Cocktail by Chelsea Nelson at Ritual & Craft

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Toadstool Pennellen Amaro No. 2

  • 1.5 oz Bourbon

  • 2 oz FRESH lemon juice

  • 1.5 oz FRESH grapefruit juice

  • 1 oz FRESH lime juice

  • .5 oz maple simple syrup

  • Absinthe rinse

  • Fresh Mint

  • Lemon Wheel

Directions

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice until very chilled. Rinse a chilled couple with absinthe, either with a cocktail spray bottle or pour about .25 oz into the bottom of the glass and then swirl the absinthe around until the glass is well coated. Pour the cocktail into the coup and garnish with fresh mint and a lemon wheel.
