Eau de Mélisse French 75

Cocktail by Adam Bagby.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Eau de Mélisse

  • .5 oz Simple Syrup

  • .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Sparkling Wine Float

Directions

Shake all ingredients except for sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon zest.
