Cocktail by Ryan Earl Manning

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Toadstool Pennellen Amaro No. 2

  • .25 oz simple syrup

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • .5 oz Rioja red wine

  • 1 egg white

Directions

Add egg white to large shaking tin. Add remaining liquid ingredients, except wine, to small tin. Combine and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add 3 cubes ice and give a medium shake for 20 or so seconds. Strain into coupe, nick & nora, or other preferred stemmed cocktail glass. Float rioja.
