Our second Long Lost® spirit pays tribute to Eau De Mélisse des Carmes, a centuries old spirit originally developed in the Carmelite convents of France, and is named after the MELIAE, or honey-nymphs of mythology & legend.

Distilled with freshly harvested lemon balm (Mélisse) and hyssop in flower with fresh and dried lemon peel, garden herbs, and warm spices such as true cinnamon, the spirit occupies a special place at the intersection of citrus and herbaceous.

Now on batch 2 - this spirit is evolving with each batch, and increased availability of fresh herbs.
