Pennellen Spritz
Cocktail by Ryan Earl Manning at Tinwell
Ingredients
1.5 oz Toadstool Pennellen Amaro No. 2
1.5 oz Apple Juice (pref. unfiltered)
1 lemon wedge
Soda water
Mint for garnish
Directions
Add lemon and liquid ingredients to 10 oz collins glass. Give lemon a firm press with a muddler. Fill glass with ice and add soda. Garnish with sprig of mint.
