Ingredients

  • 2 oz Toadstool Pennellen Amaro No.2

  • 1 cube demerara sugar or .25 oz simple syrup

  • 6 oz hot coffee

  • 1 oz cream

  • Ground allspice

  • Gingerbread cookie

Directions

Add cream to small jar with lid. Secure lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until cream is semi-firm. Add sugar and coffee to hot mug and stir to dissolve. Add Pennellen amaro. Gently pour the whipped cream over the drink to float. Garnish with a pinch of ground allspice and a gingerbread cookie.
