After a long wait, our aged rum is now available! Our añejo release is the product of almost three years of fermentation, distillation, and barrel aging. Made from Louisiana blackstrap molasses and turbinado sugar, fermented in our open-top fermenters, and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and French white wine casks. The result is a silky and smooth, aromatic and savory, and delicious straight from the bottle or highly versatile in cocktails.

Tasting Notes: Ginger and spice on the nose with soft oaky notes. Buttery spice on the palate, with a long delicate finish.

Proof: Bottled at 45% Alcohol / 90 proof.
